Eyelash tinting

Hey was wondering if anyone had every had their eyelash/eyebrows tinted? maybe if they have dyed their hair or something. Am thinking about it for summer, so I dont have to worry about mascara in the sun and swimming.

i've had mine tinted, i actually tint peoples eyelashes/eyebrows cause i'm a qualified beauty therapist. i think it's a great idea to have it done in summer, its alot better than having to worry about mascara, making your eyebrows slightly darker often gives your face more definition, which is nice. another thing you might want to have done is having your eyelashes permed aswell, then you have the colour and the curl/lift of wearing mascara x

where can i get my lashes permed?? i tinted mine but id love to have them curly Smile

most beauty salons do tinting and perming so just ask in one of them x

I always wanted do do tinting and per! !! My co-worker used to do it all the time and her lashes looked amazing! almost like she's wearing mascara... It's a great thing for summer!

you can buy lash and eyebrow tint in the shops and do it on your own. does it work easy or should i go and get it done?

i would recommend going to get it done, if you get some tint in your eyes it can cause blindness. it doesn't cost much to have done and it doesn't take long atall x

do they mix the colour themselves?

you usually get the colour in a paste form and then you mix it in with peroxide, its not hard to do, but you have to get the measurements right and when you put it on you have to be really careful not to get it on your skin or it will tint that aswell x

haha i've never had anyones fall out before and i've done quite a few! the only thing i will say is some of the stuff smells soo bad, so be prepared! x

be warned if it doesnt cost that much then they prob arnt veery good at it! my friend got hers done and it was like £20 and loads of her eyelashes dropped out so i say if you want a professional finish then pay more, the more you pay the higher the quality! x
