Hi I've been trying to toss up lately between face creams (la mer or la prairie). I love La Prairie but wanted to give La Mer a proper go as I had very sensitive skin at the time of using it. So I've done a bit of research if any oen is intersted and want any one else's knowledge and opinions if you don't mind!
Read up on La Mer's ingredients, and the difference between La Mer an the average cheaper ones like Nivea.
Only difference between La Mer & Nivea is that La Mer has more kinds of toxic chemicals & has seaweed...
I'm a bit disturbed, hoping it isn't true, but also remember that most other face creams are much worse, so take a look:
Estee Lauder's La Mer Ingredients:
Seaweed Extract - Mineral Oil - Petrolatum - Glycerin - Isohexadecane - Lime Extract - Microcrystalline Wax - Lanolin Alcohol - Sesame Oil - Eucalyptus Oil - Magnesium Sulfate - Sesame Seeds - Alfalfa Seeds - Sunflower Seeds - Powdered Almonds - Sodium, Potassium, Copper, Selenium, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc Gluconate - Paraffin - Vitamin E Succinate - Niacin - Beta Carotene - Decyl Oleate - Aluminum Stearate - Octyldodecanol - Citric Acid - Cyanocobalamin - Magnesium Stearate - Panthenol - Methylchloroisothiazolinone - Methylisothiazolinone - Alcohol Denat - FragranceNow why are they putting highly toxic, clogging ingredients that are cancer causing in their creams?.... And how are some people getting great results from putting this stuff on their skin?
I just know I'm better off using a organic oil on my face than any of those crazy creams, but I wanted to share and want opinions!!!!
