Sparkles, for the french manicure, Rimmel makes some good set of 2 nail polish, white+nude or pink it depends. If you want a good nude nail polish I suggest Revlon 004, I LOVE IT! It stays on sooo long and it's the perfect nude, also for french manicure. You should try it

I just add a coat of nude nailpolish whenever i'm painting them either with black or dark red so i can wipe it out better and the edges of my nails don't end up all stained.
Another thing you can do to protect them is wait at least one day to repaint them, so that they can "breath" properly, or else they will end up having a bit of a yellow unhealthy colouring. |

ohh i use this method too. so far my nails are very healthy-looking |
