| ^ ok i've done this before so i can help a bit. i'm also very pale with dark hair and dark eyes, and i think that emphasizes it. when you do it, keep the rest of your face looking really clean, so just mascara really, maybe powder if you wear that and sometimes pencil eyeliner on the top inner rim is nice. also, so you don't look as shocking the first time use red gloss because it's less obvious and more flattering/young.
and haute i think you can do a less obvious version during the day, i'd also use lip gloss i think.
and when you feel brave, change to lipstick!  |

| Since I went to lunch a few days ago and this girl looked so awesome!
She had on strong red lipstick, black skinny jeans, white tshirt, black Lanvin cone heels, huge Lanvin sunglsases, and her hair was all tossled
