now the summers coming i thought about to was my legs. i never done this before but i hate to shave them so often. my friend says that its not worth it because it hurts so much but id love to do it because then your legs wont be shaved for so long. Embarassed

so girls what do you think? did some ofyou do this before?? Embarassed

I used to do it but now I prefer to shave because of the pain :p and the fact that you have to wait to have long body hair before waxing them away (this sentece doesnt make any senses i know)

I haven't done it, but because I hate the shaving, I was thinking about waxing my legs too.
If you have to wait for your body hair to grow long untill you can wax again, though, I think I'm not going to try Neutral

I'll just stick with shaving Very Happy

i don't think the pain is bad atall! i usually shave my legs and underarms just because i hate waiting for it to grow back in the summer. i wax other places (i won't go into too much detail about that Laughing

) but i think after a few mins it's pretty much painless, also taking some painkillers about half hour before helps with the pain!

I just waxed mine yesterday lol (my mom has a beauty shop so I can use pro wax hehe)! The pain isn't that bad at all! You get used to it and if you get it done by a pro it will be over quickly..but the first time is always worst Razz

I only do waxing and once you're used to it it doesn't hurt at all!!! You should def try it...your hair grows different, waaay more finer and after a year or so it starts growing less and less...I've been doing regular waxing for three years now and the differences are amazing!

well, my mum always says the less you do to your legs, the better in the long run, because when you get older, you can get horrible big gaping pores or whatever. so i never wax mine in winter.

waxing is ok after a couple of times, but you will probably hate the first time ... good luck if you go for it though!

I always wax my legs and the pain is not dat bad at alll! The worse is that you have to wait for your body hair grow long untill you can wax again Rolling Eyes

yea that does drive me crazy, especially in summer because i love having smooth legs! i'm thinking about getting an epilator cause it's easier than having to deal with the hassle of waxing but it does the same as waxing! x

uuh ive got an epilator but it hurts so much and takes really long. i need an hour for my legs and they had been red. but its the way of my skin. maybe youll like it.
the hair will be much more thin and it takes long that they grow again. but it hurts very much and i often forgot some hairs because the epilator only takes a few at one time..
