O that skirt is soo cute..
I totally agree with parnella just a loose white t shirt tucked in with brown/tan coloured chunky shoes.. long gold pendent.
I tried to find some inspiration but there isn't a whole lot.. Heres a few hope this helps.

I think you could also dress it up by putting a smart black blazer over the top.. or dress down with gladiators.
