I like her shoes and dress but not the hat.

i-love-fringe, i don't know about the rest of the u.s. but in the city i live in now there is no smoking inside public buildings. you're also not supposed to smoke within 25 feet of any building entrance or at bus stops but no one pays any attention to that.. there are still cigarette butts polluting the sidewalk even though there are ashtrays everywhere. the small town i'm from is a different story. people smoke everywhere there and there aren't really any ashtrays.
the university of minnesota (the school i go to) is considering making the entire campus smoke-free. i really really hope that happens! it's a beautiful campus and when you're taking a walk outside the worst thing is walking through a cloud of someone's smoke.
