I checked your blog today, "La Jolie et Jeunette", so I found out why u gave that name:)
It's true that it meaning is "young and beautiful", but the exact translation is even better!
Saying "La Jolie" is not common in french, because of putting "La" before an adjective.
That gives a special taste to the sentence
Jolie is like between beautiful and cute
and "Jeunette" is a cute name not often used. It's for a girl and it emphasizes the fact that she's young.
Haha french translation....
But this is a very interesting sentence, it sounds just so good in French !
